Planned Works Surveyor

Planned Works Surveyor – 6 month Contract 

We are working with a well established social housing provider looking for someone to come in and cover a period of long term sick. 

Key Responsibilities: 
– Contract / Planned Programmes – managing the component replacement for bathrooms, kitchens, central heating
– Reactive maintenance – capital works (Kitchen, bathrooms, windows and doors)
– invoicing planned works 
– contract and client management 

Experience 
– planned works 
– repairs 
– contract management 
– social housing experience
