Dave kicked off his journey with us back in 2019, after graduating from Brunel University with a degree in biomedical science. He is a core member of the Benelux Perm Team and specialises in placing C#/ .NET professionals across the Benelux region. Zac is a Theatre and Performance graduate from the University of Leeds, and joined Vivid in November 2021. He specializes in Java and Full Stack recruitment in the Benelux market and had a flying start to his career, quickly securing a spot on two company holidays and winning Rookie of the Year in 2022. Zac loves the lively atmosphere and opportunity for collaboration between peers. He has received consistent training throughout his time so far, and enjoys seeing the work he puts in paying dividends. More recently, he began managing two junior consultants.

Team Leader
Loui has been with Vivid since July 2018. He joined just before he graduated from the University of Manchester with an LLB in Law with Politics. Loui spent his first five years in the Government Sector team in Manchester, building the Public Health division and becoming the all-time top biller within the Government Sector. In September 2023, he embarked on starting Vivid Tech USA, initially from London, with a view to moving to the States in 2024/5, responsible for scaling Vivid’s US growth plans.

Sales Manager
Bill joined Vivid in 2017 after a year of traveling following his graduation from the University of Sheffield. As Manchester’s 4th-ever hire, he has progressed throughout management and played an integral role in the development of some of our core, high-volume markets. He received three promotions in eight months in 2021, from Recruitment Consultant to Team Leader; as of 2023, he became a Sales Manager, with a team of 16 under his belt. His favourite thing about Vivid is the ability to always get out what you put in and being one call away from potentially changing your career!

Michelle has been working with Vivid since September 2015. She joined shortly after graduating, when she achieved a BSc Hons in Psychology and Social Sciences from London Metropolitan University. She now works in our European Engineering market, where she manages a team of ten people. Induction

Candice Weaver

Interim Team Leader
Candice graduated from the University of Nottingham back in 2019 before joining Vivid in 2021 as a Business Intelligence consultant. By the end of the year, she made the choice to switch to Internal recruitment and has since been promoted twice to become Interim Team Leader. Recently she has transferred to our Manchester location and continues to hire ambitious graduates across multiple offices, whilst supporting the Internal team.

Jake joined Vivid in 2018 as a 360-consultant working within the UK Government Sector market in Manchester. After taking a year away from the company in 2021, he returned in 2022 to the Internal Team. He was promoted after his first 6 months after hiring successfully for the Manchester, Glasgow and London office's. He has since been tasked with working closely with our European offices and recently transitioned down to our HQ in London.

Andrew graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 2022 with a degree in International Relations. After a brief stint working as a Student Engagement officer in Northern Ireland, Andrew decided to relocate back to England, this time opting for a new city, Manchester. Since then, Andrew has had the primary responsibility of growing Vivid's Manchester office.

Emma’s been in recruitment since 2018, primarily working in REC2REC, recruiting recruiters and graduates. She joined the business in August 2022, originally with a focus on supporting the Manchester office. With the rapid growth of our EU offices, she has since specialised on working with them closely, regularly travelling out to run their inductions while supporting the Manchester EU office while in the UK.

Georgi has 3 years experience in recruitment having worked both 360 and internal recruitment, giving her a great understanding of the full recruitment process. Since her joining in Spring 2022, she has been instrumental in the development of many our consultants in the London HQ.

Joining Vivid as a recruiter back in 2018, Jamayal comes to the L&D team with 5 years of in-house recruitment experience in the Government Sector. He made the transition at the end of 2023 and is based in our Manchester office, running the training inductions and working closely with new graduates in the Government Sector markets. Jamayal is highly knowledgeable when it comes to UK markets, as well as the full 360 recruitment process here at Vivid.
