Loui initially joined us in our Manchester office in 2018. After proving his value over 6 years, he was promoted to US Lead in 2023, relocating to Charlotte to spearhead our American expansion. Today, Loui specializes in Palantir engineering staffing solutions, having built a deep network of niche talent across the Palantir ecosystem. He partners with clients to help them find specialists in scarce talent pools, moving fast in the hiring process without compromising with fit. Loui does this whilst simultaneously leading a FDE staffing focused team.
Aman started with us in 2022 in our London office. He has been a tech staffing specialist for over 4 years, originally focusing on European technology before relocating to our Charlotte office in 2025, deciding to switch his focus to US Forward Deployed Engineering after noticing huge potential here for candidates and clients alike. Over the years, he has partnered with clients across finance, healthcare, manufacturing, consulting and more to secure high-demand Palantir and AI expertise. He operates a high touch, niche model (not volume based), allowing him to provide access to pre-vetted Palantir specialists with a minimal go-to-market time of a 24-48 hour turnaround.
After graduating from Holy Family University in Philadelphia, Edmund relocated to North Carolina and joined us at Vivid. He focuses exclusively on connecting top-tier Palantir Foundry, AIP, and data engineering talent with organizations, building and scaling real-world deployments. Edmund's network is built around engineers with hands-on experience across Palantir Foundry, Python, PySpark, SQL Ontology modeling, data integration and more. He takes the time to understand your aspirations, projects, hiring process, and constraints - ensuring the perfect fit for both clients and candidates.
Ben joined us after completing a Bachelor and Masters degree at Virginia Tech. Since moving from Virginia to North Carolina, he has built an extensive network of engineers with hands-on experience across production-grade deployments, governance, security, AIP and AI/LLM- driven solutions and more. His current demand is centred around Ex Palantir / 4+ years hands-on Foundry experience, PySpark engineers, Industry aligned talent (finance, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing) and GenAI exposure with proven deployments. He is also able to support with onshore, nearshore, and offshore resources. As an ex-D1 track & field athlete, Ben transfers this drive into his daily practices at Vivid to serve his network to the highest standard.
