Alfen is both the core and the linking pin of the electricity grid, providing transformer stations, energy storage systems, charging stations for electric vehicles as well as a range of other products and services.
The Challenge
Alfen had a big challenge of staffing a new project that required three temporary
embedded specialists. With a tight deadline in mind, they got in contact with us to support them in the search for skilled personnel.
The Solution
Since we already had a relationship with Alfen, there were a number of suitable profiles readily available to share that matched the job requirements. The day following the initial briefing, Alfen were presented with five resumes, and within 24 hours we were able to schedule the first interview. Within a week, all three vacancies were successfully filled, providing a quick turnaround for the project to get started.
