Enhesa
For several years now, Vivid Resourcing has been working with Enhesa to help them recruit the contractors and staff they need. Enhesa is a compliance management partner, teaming up with multinational companies from all over the world to help them comply with environmental, health and safety regulations. This can be a technical job, requiring team members with specific knowledge, and that’s one of the reasons why the company reached out to us. We talked to HR manager Fanny to find out what impact we’d made on Enhesa’s business.
The Challenge
When Fanny started at Enhesa two and a half years ago, they had already been working with Vivid to fill a number of positions. She continued this, and was impressed by what she saw. Since then, she has worked with Vivid to fill several positions, both temporary and permanent, and has been very happy with the results.
The Solution
The role Enhesa plays means occasionally requiring IT contractors with very specific sector knowledge, so part of the recruitment solution is simply Vivid keeping up-to-date with this sector and continuing to do research. Fanny talked about how difficult it was for her to assess this, as she’s not a software developer or product owner and so is unable to necessarily tell whether or not a candidate is a good fit for the job.
Speed is also a factor, as Fanny’s industry is very competitive. It is important to be able to fill roles quickly, and Vivid has been able to achieve this. On their own, Enhesa wouldn’t have the resources or time to recruit this quickly, so Vivid has been able to fill this gap for them.

THE RESULTS
We have worked with Fanny to recruit several people to Enhesa since she started, from six-month contracts to permanent employees. She has been impressed by our knowledge of the IT sector and our wide talent pool of candidates. Both of these have enabled us to recruit quickly and efficiently, meeting Enhesa’s needs. When we interviewed Fanny, she mentioned that she’d contacted Vivid two weeks previously about a role that needed filling, and the contractor was starting on Monday.
She also talked about a QA engineer that had been hired on a permanent basis two years ago. She was a good fit for Enhesa and Fanny was very impressed that Vivid had been able to find someone that talented who wanted to work on a permanent basis, calling that kind of person a “unicorn” in the IT industry. We’re glad we were able to help, and look forward to continuing our relationship with Enhesa.
