Background

Vivid recently worked with a major European bio-pharma company that was starting up a new project in Austria. In these situations, the company would almost always recruit a new team of specialists to work on the job, and hiring these people was the responsibility of the project manager. However, on this occasion the project manager decided to reach out to Vivid Resourcing instead.

Although the company primarily works in bio-pharma, many of their projects require people from various different disciplines. This was the case in Austria.
