This role is hybrid, with the expectation to be able to work from the office two times a week.
We’re seeking a Systems Manager for 9 months at a medium sized housing association. The Systems Manager will lead the implementation of a new Bespoke system for the housing association. You will work alongside both the Finance and IT departments to make sure the system is up to speed and compatible with the housing associations needs.
The ideal candidate will be experienced with Xledger systems with a proven ability to implement systems and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and oversee the implementation of a new system in the housing association.
- Validating and testing the system to ensure it is running smoothly and corresponds directly with all the finances in the housing association as a new hub.
- Collaborating alongside both IT and Finance teams to implement a system catered to the needs of the housing association.
- Training staff on the functions of the system.
Qualification Requirements:
- Experienced with Xledger.
- 1+ years worth of experience in social housing.
- ACCA, or equivalent, qualified.
