A large multinational client of mine are searching For 3x System Engineer’s to join in January 2025, This is due to a large European expansion by the client meaning there is now more demand for level 3 IT Infrastructure operational activities, as well as upgrade projects across a wide range of technologies. My client can offer an initial 12-month freelance contract and up to 3 days of remote work per week in the Central London. This position is for an outside IR35 contract position.
Objectives:
- Join the BAU team to offer level 3 support and work on upgrade projects in the IT Infrastructure environment to ensure the operational excellence for the UK and European entities of my client.
- Work with a wide range of technologies including AD, VMware, M365, Autopilot, Databases and Datacenters, End-user Computing, McAfee etc…
- Act as a generalist and also support the Network Environment made up of Cisco, Juniper and Palo Alto.
- Work on upgrade projects across 50+ entities.
- Help to bring newly acquired companies up to speed with the group level IT Infrastructure environment and solve the highest-level teething issues.
- This is a very wide-ranged role where you will work on different tasks daily (predominantly Microsoft environment).
Required:
- Experience as an IT Infrastructure generalist.
- Experienced with AD, VMware, M365 etc…
- English speaking.
