Steel Supervisor – Brownfield Industrial Plant Project

We are currently seeking an experienced Steel Supervisor to join a major brownfield industrial plant project based near Mannheim, Germany. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a long-term, technically challenging industrial project with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise steel installation and construction activities on-site
- Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications
- Coordinate with engineering and construction teams
- Monitor quality standards, steel connections, torque values, and steel grades
- Support project delivery within schedule and budget requirements
Requirements
- EU passport holder or German permanent resident
- Fluent English speaker (German language skills are a strong advantage)
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar supervisory role
- Previous experience on complex brownfield industrial projects is highly desirable
- Strong technical knowledge of:
- Steel design and engineering
- Steel installations
- Steel connections
- Torque values
- Steel grades
