South London Registered Building Inspector

Company Overview

– A leading RBCA based in London who are after an RBI to help with inspections in the South London area

Role Overview
– An RBI position covering the South London area on an initial 12 month contract basis with a high view to extend
– Offering site inspections only
– Full time or part time (3-5 days a week)
– Up to £63.50 per hour (£6000 take home per month after all tax and deductions)- CAN BE OUTSIDE IR35

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out site inspections
• Carry out enforcement of The Building Regulations and Building Act as necessary

Requirements: 
(Qualifications/ Skills & Experience)

• Professional qualifications by one the chartered institutes with a specialism in Building Control
• Minimum Class 2B Registration and Chartered with CIOB/ RICS/ CABE
