Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a Local Authority based in North West England who are seeking to hire a senior planning lawyer on a rolling contract for 6 months to cover a gap in their team.
The role has a hybrid working arrangement weekly office presence is required to assist the supervision of junior members of the team – no committee attendance is required
The ideal candidate will:
– Have extension experience working within local government legal teams,
– Have previous experience with complex s106s, highways, appeals, and enforcement,
– Have prior experience supervising junior members of staff,
– Have two references from previous employees.
