RF Antenna Design Engineer | 12-month Contract | Freelance
I have a client who is look for an RF Antenna Design engineer who has worked with Lens Antenna to help on an urgent project of theirs. They are based in Southern Germany and would be looking for someone to start ASAP. It is a 12-month contract upfront with mainly remote working.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Skilled in RF layout design and optimization using Altium, supporting frequencies up to 26.5 GHz.
- Conduct RF design debugging and layout refinement to achieve optimal performance.
- Expertise in designing and fine-tuning double-rigid waveguide antennas paired with 3D-printed lenses for frequencies up to 26.5 GHz.
- Comprehensive understanding of microwave and analog layout design principles.
- Familiarity with FEKO and HFSS is a plus, particularly if these tools are used for simulations.
- Availability for an initial on-site visit at the project’s start and one additional visit during the contract period.
- The majority of work can be completed remotely.
