– A leading RBCA based in Yorkshire who are after a class 2AB+ Remote Plan Checker to help with mainly domestic plan checks

Role Overview
– An RBI position working fully remote to help with class 2B+ plan checks
– Offering fully remote plan checking
– Part time (15-20 hours a week)
– Negotiable rate

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out plan checks on class 2B+ projects
• Availability to respond to emails throughout the working day

Requirements: 
(Qualifications/ Skills & Experience)

• Professional qualifications by one the chartered institutes with a specialism in Building Control
• Minimum Class 2B Registration and Chartered with CIOB/ RICS/ CABE
