A market-leading Local Authority in central London are seeking a part-time Building Inspector to join the team.
Role Overview
– An RBI position covering the Central London area on an initial 6 month contract basis with a high view to extend
– Inspections & Plans
– Part time (2 days on site, 1 day from home)
– Up to £65 per hour Outside IR35
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out site inspections
- Carry out enforcement of The Building Regulations and Building Act as necessary
Requirements:
- Professional qualifications by one the chartered institutes with a specialism in Building Control
- Minimum Class 2D Registration and Chartered with CIOB/ RICS/ CABE
