Company Overview

– A leading Local Authority based in the North West who are after an RBI to help with inspections/plan checks in the ara

Role Overview
– An RBI position covering the Councils area on an initial 12 month contract basis with a high view to extend
– Offering site inspections and plan checking
– Full time or part time (3-5 days a week)
– Up to £60 per hour (£5758 take home per month after all tax and deductions)- CAN BE OUTSIDE IR35

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out site inspections and plan checking
• Carry out enforcement of The Building Regulations and Building Act as necessary

Requirements: 
(Qualifications/ Skills & Experience)

• Professional qualifications by one the chartered institutes with a specialism in Building Control
• Minimum Class 2B Registration and Chartered with CIOB/ RICS/ CABE
