Project Manager – Floating PV (Freelance)
Location: Tiel
Contract Type: Freelance / Self-Employed
Project Duration: 1 June – 28 August 2026
Working Pattern: 2–4 days per week
Project: 5MW Floating Solar PV Project
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a 5MW Floating PV project based in Tiel, Netherlands. This is a freelance opportunity for a hands-on professional with strong site coordination capabilities and renewable energy project experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate on-site project activities and stakeholders
- Support day-to-day project delivery and construction oversight
- Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project timelines
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project teams
- Monitor progress and report on key milestones
- Assist in resolving site and operational issues as they arise
Requirements
- Fluent in both Dutch and English
- EU passport holder or permanent Dutch resident
- Previous Floating PV experience strongly preferred
- Ground-mounted solar PV experience will also be considered
- Strong site coordination and project delivery experience
- Available to start on 1 June 2026
