Job Title: Private Client Solicitor
Location: Devon, England
Start Date: ASAP
Our Devon-based client is now recruiting for a Locum Private Client Solicitor to join them as soon as possible on an initial 3-month contract due to a period of long-term sick leave.
We are seeking a solicitor with lots of estate administration experience, and ideally a broad range of private client experience from wills, LPAs to support a busy and varied caseload.Â
Key responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of private client matters, with a focus on estate administration.
- Draft and advise on wills and lasting powers of attorney.
- Maintain excellent client care and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years’ PQE in Private Client work.
- ​​​​​​​Open to full-time or part-time hours
- Broader experience in wills, LPAs, and general private client work is highly desirable.​​​​​​
- Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Able to attend the Devon office on a hybrid basis
