A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Town Planning Manager to join a forward-thinking developer specialising in large-scale co-living and residential-led mixed-use schemes across London and key UK cities.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Planning and Development, you will play a key role in managing and delivering planning strategies across a portfolio of complex co-living projects from acquisition through to consent.
You will work closely with internal development, design, and delivery teams, alongside external consultants, local authorities, and key stakeholders to secure successful planning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage planning applications for major co-living and mixed-use developments
- Develop and implement planning strategies across multiple projects
- Coordinate external planning consultants and technical teams
- Manage stakeholder engagement with local authorities, communities, and project partners
- Support site acquisitions through planning due diligence and appraisal work
- Monitor planning policy changes and advise on strategic opportunities and risks
- Represent the business in meetings, consultations, and planning committees where required
About You
- MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership
- Experience within a developer, consultancy, or local authority environment
- Strong knowledge of the UK planning system, ideally within London
- Experience managing major residential, PBSA, BTR, or co-living schemes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
