Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a firm in West Yorkshire who are looking to appoint an experienced Probate Solicitor on a locum basis for an initial 3-month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a specialist private client professional with a strong background in contentious matters to join a well-established team and provide support during a busy period.
The role:
- Handling a caseload of Contentious Probate matters
- Advising on Contentious Court of Protection cases
- Providing expert support on complex private client disputes
- Working closely with the wider legal team on ongoing matters
Contract details:
- Initial 3-month contract with potential extension
- Rolling contract arrangement
- 25 hours per week
- Rate dependent on experience
- ASAP start
The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing contentious probate and court of protection matters independently and be able to hit the ground running.
