Public Sector organisation in the South East are on the lookout for an experienced Housing Officer to join the team on an initial 3 month basis, with an extension beyond this likely.
The role will be covering all parts of Tenancy and Estate Management across their patch, including referrals to the ASB Officer, Tenant Liaison and Participation, Generic Housing Management Duties and Rent Recovery.
The role will be on a hybrid working basis, with 3 days based in the office/patch and the other 2 from home.
