Vivid are currently working with a local authority in the South of the UK who are looking to appoint an Interim Head of Internal Audit on an initial 6–12 month contract.
This role will play a key part in leading the internal audit function, providing strategic oversight across governance, risk, and compliance, while supporting senior stakeholders across the authority.
The council are looking for someone with strong experience operating within the local government/local authority space, with a proven background in internal audit leadership and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running and support the team from the outset.

- £550–£675 per day
