This role is fully remote working on plan checks and BSR work. Major projects and complex buildings will be prominent and you must be contactable throughout the working day. Registration class of 3H is admirable, however class 2 will also be considered dependant on subcategory and experience. An initial 6 month contract will be offered and this can easily be done alongside your full time position. The Local Authority client are offering competetive rates and up to 20 hours per week.
