Freelance HRIS Payroll Expert – Leuven
We are looking for an HRIS Payroll Expert to support a newly implemented SuccessFactors environment within an international organisation. You will join the HR operations team to help optimise payroll processes, improve reporting and coach users within a post-go-live HRIS setup.

Responsibilities
🔹 Support and optimise Belgian payroll processes within SuccessFactors
🔹 Identify pain points and propose process improvements & automations
🔹 Help reduce payroll processing timelines and improve operational efficiency
🔹 Work closely with HR Operations and payroll stakeholders
🔹 Coach and support HR team members in the use of SuccessFactors payroll functionalities
🔹 Improve payroll reporting and overall HRIS processes
🔹 Contribute to the stabilisation of a newly live HRIS environment
Requirements
🔹 Strong experience with Belgian payroll processes
🔹 Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
🔹 Process improvement and optimisation mindset
🔹 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Proactive and hands-on personality
