Role Overview:

The Business Analyst will play a key role in designing and delivering financial reporting solutions and supporting the build-out of a data warehouse to improve FP&A capabilities, reporting accuracy, and decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Support the design and development of reporting solutions within Unit4 FP&A
• Contribute to the build and optimisation of a financial data warehouse
• Develop dashboards, reports, and financial models
• Work closely with finance and IT teams to ensure data integrity and consistency
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate workshops
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of solutions
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery

Required experience:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in FP&A / Finance transformation projects
• Hands-on experience with Unit4 FP&A (or similar FP&A tools)
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Experience working on data warehouse or reporting projects
• Proven stakeholder management skills
• Strong project management awareness / experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Dutch or French language skills required (one of the two)
