Overview
We are supporting a large enterprise customer undergoing a major data and AI transformation powered by the Palantir Technologies platform.
They are looking for a highly technical and customer-facing Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to help deliver scalable solutions across Palantir Foundry and AIP environments. This individual will sit directly between business stakeholders and engineering teams, helping translate operational problems into production-grade applications, workflows, and data products.
This is a hands-on engineering role requiring strong technical depth, excellent communication skills, and experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with enterprise stakeholders to understand operational and business challenges
- Design, build, and deploy solutions within Palantir Foundry and AIP
- Develop and maintain PySpark/Python data pipelines and transformations
- Build operational applications and workflows using Workshop, Slate, Ontology Manager, and related Foundry tooling
- Support AI-driven use cases leveraging AIP, LLM integrations, and agentic workflows
- Develop and optimize ontology-driven data models and object relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, analytics, operations, and executive leadership
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Drive solution architecture discussions and recommend best practices across Foundry implementations
- Support integration of enterprise systems, APIs, cloud platforms, and external data sources
- Participate in agile delivery environments with rapidly evolving requirements
Required Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Palantir Technologies Foundry in production environments
- Experience working in a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), consultant, architect, or customer-facing engineering role

Preferred Experience
- Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or agentic AI workflows
- Front-end development experience with React and TypeScript
- Experience integrating APIs and external enterprise platforms
- Cloud experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience in regulated enterprise environments such as:

Compensation & Details
