Finance Consultant
This role is primarily finance-focused rather than IT-focused. We are looking for professionals with a strong background in finance operations, particularly within credit control, accounts receivable, and invoicing processes, who also have experience working alongside ERP systems and business transformation projects.
The successful candidate will understand how finance processes operate in practice and be able to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual administration, and support the transition to a more automated, digital way of working within Dynamics 365.
A technical development background is not required, but candidates should be comfortable working with ERP systems, translating business requirements into system improvements, and collaborating with IT teams throughout the migration programme.
Key Requirements
- Strong finance operations background.
- Experience in credit control, accounts receivable, invoicing, or finance administration.
- Exposure to ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience supporting finance transformation, process improvement, or ERP migration initiatives.
- Ability to analyse and redesign business processes.
- Comfortable acting as a bridge between finance users and technical teams.
- Fluent Dutch and professional English.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience with AIX or other legacy ERP environments.
- Experience in multi-company or shared services environments.
- Exposure to system implementation, testing, data migration, or user training activities.
