About the Opportunity

Our client is a well-established international healthcare and pharmaceutical organisation with a stable and growing presence in Poland. The business is currently investing in the launch and growth of several consumer health and food supplement brands and is seeking an experienced Interim Digital Marketing Manager to strengthen its marketing capabilities during a period of organisational growth.

This is a hands-on role requiring a digitally savvy marketing professional who can take ownership of digital campaigns, coordinate external agencies, and drive effective consumer engagement across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for consumer health and food supplement products.
  • Manage campaigns across social media, digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and other relevant channels.
  • Identify, engage, and collaborate with influencers and content creators.
  • Coordinate with creative, media, and digital agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and assets.
  • Oversee the creation of digital content including videos, social media assets, artwork, and campaign materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise activities based on data and insights.
  • Support product launches and ensure strong digital presence for new and existing brands.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing activities align with commercial objectives.
  • Leverage modern communication and marketing technologies to improve audience targeting and engagement.

Candidate Profile

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within consumer healthcare, FMCG, wellness, nutrition, food supplements, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and consumer engagement strategies.
  • Demonstrable experience managing social media campaigns, digital content, and influencer partnerships.
  • Experience briefing and managing external agencies.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills

  • Deep understanding of modern digital marketing practices and trends.
  • Ability to explain and justify marketing approaches using data and best practice.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital communications tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common marketing technology platforms.
  • Experience creating or managing video content, digital assets, and campaign materials.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

Language Requirements

  • Fluent Polish (essential).
  • Professional English communication skills.

Working Arrangement

  • Hybrid working model.
  • Expected office attendance: approximately 2 days per week.
  • Office location: central Warsaw.

Recruitment Process

Additional Information

The client is seeking an individual with strong practical expertise in digital marketing and modern consumer communications. Experience targeting different demographic groups and adapting messaging accordingly will be highly valued.

The assignment is expected to commence as soon as a suitable candidate is identified. Competitive market-rate remuneration is available for the right candidate.

As the client operates within a regulated healthcare environment, standard supplier onboarding and compliance procedures will apply before engagement can commence.
