Vivid Resourcing are working with a District Council in West Midlands needing a Deputy S151 & Head of Finance.
It will be reporting into the S151 (Director of Resources) and lead on the Finance team.
The post has come about due to a restructure, creating a new post. The candidate must have:
- Experience working in Local Government
- Experience at Head of Finance level
- Good understanding of operational Finance (closedown, budget setting, budget monitoring, etc.)
- Ability to get to the West Midlands 2 days/week
Start date will be ASAP, interviews week commencing 1st June.
