Vivid Resourcing are working with a local authority in the South East is seeking an experienced Locum Deputy Principal Property Lawyer to join their legal team on an interim basis.
This is a newly created management role overseeing a mixed commercial and residential property function. The successful candidate will initially supervise a team consisting of one lawyer, one paralegal, and one locum solicitor, with plans to expand to a team of five.

- £60-65 per hour
- Hybrid working – attendance required once per week
- Start date flexible; authority can wait a few weeks for the right candidate
Requirements
- Extensive local government property law experience
- Strong background across commercial and residential property matters
- Ideally 10+ years PQE
