We are working with a Local Authority in the North West who are looking for an experienced locum commercial property lawyer to join their team!
Stakeholder meetings occur every Wednesday in person, meaning that candidates will be expected to travel to the offices once a week,
Candidates with prior experienece in regeneration and CPOs would be desired.
The role:
- Full-time
- 6 month initial contract, with the option to roll-over
- Weekly office attendance
- Rate: £50-60ph depending on candidate experience
- Must have prior and extensive local authority experience.
