BSR WORK – CLASS 3H REQUIRED TO WORK ON MDT TEAM

The rate is competitive and they are offering a minimum of 8 hours per week, perfect for someone who wants to remain in their current job role.
- Plan Checking: Assessing complex construction designs and building regulation submissions to identify technical failings before approval.
- Specialist Advice: Providing competent, evidence-based technical advice to the BSR and MDT on structural safety, fire spread risk, and statutory compliance
- Peer Review: Assisting regulatory leads by peer-reviewing building control applications and statutory consultation responses.
