Business Analyst / IT Integration Lead – Dynamics 365
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / IT Integration Lead to bridge the gap between business and IT within a strategic digital transformation project. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions, with a strong focus on the migration to Dynamics 365.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into concrete IT solutions
- Lead and coordinate the integration towards Dynamics 365
- Take full ownership of the implementation process
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and project owners
- Manage the migration of critical data from a legacy system to Dynamics 365
- Analyze and migrate existing reporting structures to the new platform
- Ensure continuity of business-critical processes and reporting
- Act as the main point of contact between business teams, IT, and external partners
Project Context
The company is currently operating on a legacy platform that is no longer supported. This system contains essential business data and highly critical reporting functionalities that must be successfully migrated to Dynamics 365. Reporting migration is considered one of the most important aspects of the project.
Profile
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 implementations
- Strong background in business analysis and IT integration projects
- Experience with legacy system migrations
- Able to take ownership and work autonomously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in complex transformation projects is a strong plus
Languages
- English: mandatory
- Dutch and French: strong assets
