Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a Local Authority client who are looking to appoint an experienced Building Control Manager on an interim basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior building control professional to join a busy local authority team and support the service through a key period.
The role:
- Leading and managing the Building Control function
- Overseeing service delivery and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Managing complex building control matters and providing technical guidance
- Supporting the wider team across operational and strategic activities
Contract details:
- 6-month contract
- £89 per hour
- Full-time position
- 1 day per week on site required
- ASAP start date
The ideal candidate will have previous local authority building control management experience and be confident operating in a fast-paced environment.
