Building Safety Advisory / CDM Principal Designer – P/T or F/T Contract
My client are seeking an experienced Building Safety / CDM Principal Designer to join their growing consultancy team.
This role will involve supporting clients across a diverse range of construction projects, providing expert guidance on CDM 2015, the Building Safety Act, design risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience delivering Principal Designer and CDM services
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and UK construction processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Client-focused approach with strong commercial awareness
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent)
Desirable:
• Class 3H Registration
• Membership of IOSH, APS, RICS, CIOB, RIBA, or a similar professional body
• APS Principal Designer Register accreditation (IMaPS or CMaPS)
