With continued international growth and significant investment in data and analytics capabilities, the business is looking to further strengthen its BI and data function to support strategic decision-making, operational scalability and long-term expansion across multiple markets.
Role Overview:
Our client is looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to take ownership of their data and analytics landscape. This role will focus on building scalable, reliable and business-critical analytics capabilities across the organisation.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Architect and Data Analyst teams to ensure data models, reporting structures and analytical insights support strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain scalable analytical and semantic data models
- Integrate and reconcile data from multiple business platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite and behavioural analytics tools
- Support and optimise reporting and dashboarding solutions within Power BI
- Work closely with Data Architecture and Infrastructure teams to scale the organisation’s data platform
- Translate business requirements into robust data-driven solutions and KPIs
- Ensure data quality, governance, documentation and reliability across reporting environments
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR and Product teams
- Contribute to performance optimisation, ELT processes and data warehouse/lakehouse best practices
- Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements across the analytics ecosystem
Candidate Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience within BI Engineering, Analytics Engineering or Data Engineering environments
- Strong SQL expertise including complex query optimisation and data modelling
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and semantic data models
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ELT pipelines and lakehouse architectures
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure / Microsoft Fabric or AWS
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable data solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within fast-paced or scale-up environments
- Knowledge of behavioural analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel or Heap would be advantageous
- Fluent English required, alongside native-level Dutch or French
