About the Role
We are seeking a Freelance 4PS Calculation & Tendering Specialist to support a Belgium-based construction client. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with 4PS ERP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a strong understanding of tendering, cost calculations, and construction industry processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the 4PS Calculation Module for project costing and estimations.
- Prepare and support tender submissions, quotations, and bid documentation.
- Configure and optimize workflows within 4PS ERP.
- Work with project teams to develop accurate cost estimates and budgets.
- Analyze project requirements and ensure calculations align with contract specifications.
- Support integration and data management within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Identify process improvements and best practices for tendering and project administration.
- Provide user support and training where required.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2+ years of experience working with 4PS ERP.
- Strong knowledge of the 4PS Calculation and Tendering modules.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Background in the construction, contracting, or engineering industry.
- Understanding of project costing, budgeting, and tender management processes.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills; Dutch is a plus.

- Experience with construction project administration.
- Knowledge of procurement and contract management processes.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations or process optimization projects.
