Overview
We are looking for multiple senior-level VMware / Broadcom VCF consultants to join a rapidly scaling professional services team supporting a large enterprise Broadcom partnership environment.
These are hands-on consulting roles — not architecture or leadership positions. The focus is on delivery, execution, and supporting a variety of active customer projects across the Broadcom / VMware ecosystem.
The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and operating at significant scale due to a major increase in demand and project volume. Consultants will operate as part of a dedicated team consisting of Broadcom leadership, architects, and senior consultants working together across multiple customer engagements.
This is an excellent opportunity for consultants looking for long-term project stability, consistent billable work, exposure to enterprise Broadcom initiatives, and access to additional training and certifications through the partner ecosystem.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver hands-on VMware / Broadcom infrastructure consulting services across customer environments
- Support implementation, administration, migration, and optimization projects within VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments
- Work alongside architects and senior delivery teams on active enterprise initiatives
- Assist with deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and operational support across the Broadcom suite
- Participate in customer-facing delivery engagements while operating as part of a collaborative consulting team
- Contribute across multiple projects simultaneously in a high-demand services environment
- Support ongoing modernization and virtualization initiatives for enterprise customers
- Collaborate closely with internal consultants, architects, and professional services leadership
Required Experience
- Strong hands-on VMware infrastructure experience in enterprise environments
- MUST have experience with VMware Cloud Foundation 9 (VCF9)
- Experience working in consulting, professional services, or customer-facing delivery environments
- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and VMware ecosystem tooling
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, delivery-focused project environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work EST hours consistently
Nice to Have
- Broader exposure across the Broadcom suite
- Experience supporting migrations, modernization, or virtualization transformation initiatives
- VMware / Broadcom certifications
- Experience working with enterprise customers across multiple concurrent engagements
- Consulting experience within MSP, VAR, or professional services organizations
