Test Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors
Our customer in Brussels is implementing SAP SuccessFactors with integrations to local HR systems. A Test Consultant is required to execute testing activities across the HR landscape, including HR processes, integrations, data, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Execute End-to-End testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SuccessFactors and HR integrations
- Support definition and documentation of test scenarios with business stakeholders
- Ensure coverage of SAP localisations and Belgian HR, payroll, tax, and compliance requirements
- Validate integrations and data flows between SuccessFactors, SAP HR systems, payroll, time management, and downstream systems
- Coordinate testing activities with business users, process owners, technical teams, integration teams, and vendors
- Track testing progress and report status
Profile
- Experience as Test Consultant in SAP SuccessFactors implementations
- Experience in SAP HR / SuccessFactors environments
- Understanding of HR processes including Core HR, payroll, time management, position management, reporting, and analytics
