Test Coordinator – SAP SuccessFactors
Our customer in the retail sector is implementing SAP SuccessFactors with integrations to local HR systems. A Test Coordinator is required to coordinate and execute testing activities across the HR landscape, covering functionality, integrations, data, and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Define test plan including scope, timelines, roles, responsibilities, and Go/No-Go criteria
- Coordinate End-to-End testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Support definition and documentation of test scenarios with business stakeholders
- Ensure coverage of Belgian legal, payroll, tax, and SAP localisation requirements
- Validate integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP HR systems, payroll, time management, and other applications
- Coordinate testing with business users, process owners, technical teams, integration teams, and vendors
- Track testing progress and provide status reporting
- Identify risks and dependencies and escalate issues
- Support integration testing, regression testing, and go-live readiness
Profile
- Experience as Test Coordinator in SAP SuccessFactors implementations
- Experience in SAP HR and SuccessFactors environments
- Knowledge of HR processes including Core HR, payroll, time management, position management, reporting, and analytics
