Site Supervisor – Horizontal Drilling (HV Cable Projects)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee horizontal drilling activities for a major HV cable infrastructure project in Bavaria. This role is part of a large-scale “electrical highway” development, supporting critical energy transmission across Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Full on-site supervision of horizontal drilling and HV cable construction works
• Act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for the client
• Manage permits and ensure full QHSE compliance
• Coordinate site logistics, including deliveries and subcontractors
• Produce daily progress and performance reports
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in site supervision
• Proven experience in horizontal drilling and HV cable projects
• Strong understanding of QHSE standards and permit systems
• Conversational German required (site communication)
• Valid driving licence (essential)

Working Conditions

• 10-hour working days
• 1-hour lunch break + 2 x 20-minute breaks
• Site-based role in Bavaria
