We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the delivery of three utility-scale solar projects across West Germany (8-12 Weeks each). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on solar PV projects (essential).
- Strong knowledge of solar construction, commissioning, and site operations.
- Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
- Excellent understanding of HSE standards and quality control processes.
- Ability to travel between multiple project sites in West Germany.
- German-speaking candidates are highly preferred.
- Valid driving licence and eligibility to work in Germany.
