Our client support the planning, design and delivery of complex built‑environment and infrastructure projects. They provide end‑to‑end consultancy services across construction management, project controls, cost engineering and strategic advisory, helping clients deliver high‑quality outcomes across commercial, industrial, energy, and public‑sector developments.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to support a Pharmaceutical project near Stockholm, Sweden. You will manage contractual aspects onsite, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and supporting delivery from preconstruction through to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer contracts
- Mitigate contractual and commercial risks
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
- Handle variations, claims, and disputes
- Coordinate with project and commercial teams
- Support cost control and financial performance
- Maintain contract records and reporting
Candidate Requirements:
- Eligible to work in Sweden as a freelancer (EU passport or Swedish residency)
- 10+ years in contract law related to construction/infrastructure projects
- Expert knowledge of ABT, AB 04 and ABK series
- Strong knowledge of Swedish contract law
- Fluent in English, Swedish is highly desirable
Contract Details:
Location: 2/3 days on-site near Stockholm, rest will be remote
Duration: 12 month contract
Rate: Competitive freelance daily rate based on experience and qualification
