Job Title: Supply Chain Project Specialist
Location: Brussels (Hybrid) – semi-regular travel to France

Role Overview
We are seeking a Supply Chain Project Specialist to lead and coordinate the transition to a new warehouse facility. This is a strategic role focused on ensuring seamless supply chain continuity during a critical transformation phase. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally, support third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and contribute to system integration initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate warehouse transfer activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
- Oversee inventory and stock management throughout the transition period
- Ensure continuity of supply chain processes and mitigate risks during the migration
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple functions (logistics, IT, procurement, operations)
- Act as a key point of contact for 3PL providers, ensuring alignment and performance
- Support the integration and optimization of SAP S/4HANA within supply chain operations
- Utilise ERP and WMS systems to monitor, track, and improve stock accuracy and flow
- Provide strategic oversight and recommendations rather than purely operational execution
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Proven experience managing warehouse transitions or similar large-scale supply chain projects
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration is beneficial
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and international environment
- Fluency in English and French (both mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in the pharmaceutical industry or other highly regulated environments
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards impacting supply chain operations
