Remote | 10–20 hours per week | Up to £40 per hour
I’m currently recruiting on behalf of an RBCA client who is looking to appoint an experienced Class 2D+ Building Control Plan Checker on a flexible, part-time basis.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Building Control professional who is looking for remote working, flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate.
The Opportunity
- Class 2D+ Building Control Plan Checker
- Fully remote
- 10–20 hours per week
- Up to £40 per hour, depending on experience

- Working with an RBCA client

About You
You’ll ideally have:
- Class 2D+ Building Control competence
- Relevant RBCA registration
- Strong experience in plan checking and Building Regulations compliance
- A good working knowledge of the current Building Regulations and Approved Documents
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
