About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager (Electrical & Instrumentation) to support a major industrial plant construction project in Frankfurt. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management for electrical and instrumentation installations within industrial construction environments and will play a key role in ensuring compliance with project quality requirements and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and manage project quality documentation, including:
  • Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
  • Quality Management (QM) Project Plans
  • Quality procedures and inspection records
• Monitor and verify quality compliance throughout electrical and instrumentation installation activities.
• Coordinate and execute site inspections and quality walkdowns with the client and project stakeholders.
• Ensure all installation works comply with project specifications, applicable standards, and contractual requirements.
• Identify quality deviations, manage non-conformances, and support corrective and preventive actions

Candidate Requirements

• EU passport holder or German permanent resident 
• Proven experience as a Quality Manager, QA/QC Manager, or similar quality leadership role within industrial construction projects.
• Strong expertise in electrical and instrumentation (E&I) installations.
• Demonstrated experience working on industrial plants, process facilities, energy, manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, or similar large-scale construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge of:
  • Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
  • Quality Management Systems
  • Site quality inspections and client acceptance processes
  • Electrical and instrumentation installation standards
• Professional English language skills, both written and spoken.
