A Local Authority in the South East of England is looking for an experienced solicitor / lawyer to come in and assist with their commercial property work. The caseload will be varied and interesting due to the nature of the authority.
The Role
- Variety of commercial property work – Licences, Leases, Lease Renewals, Acquisitions, Disposals etc.
- Remote working, would need to go down to collect the IT and meet the team
- Initial 3 – 6 month contract – high likelihood of further extensions
About You
- Experience working for a Local Authority is required
- Experience with commercial property matters
- Fully qualified Solicitor, or CILEx qualified
- Strong case management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently in a locum capacity
- Confident communication and stakeholder management abilities
