A client of ours within the non-residential construction and installation sector, based in West Holland, is currently seeking two freelance Project Leads / Project Managers to support a portfolio of complex technical construction projects.
The client is hiring:
- 1 x Electrical Project Lead / Manager
- 1 x Mechanical Project Lead / Manager
These roles will be central to the successful delivery of large-scale projects across data centres, life sciences facilities, and other high-tech non-residential construction environments.
Both positions will act as key coordination and delivery leads, ensuring projects are executed efficiently from planning through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
In these roles, you will be responsible for:
- Managing project logistics, scheduling, and administrative coordination across multiple sites
- Acting as the primary communication hub between internal teams, stakeholders, and clients
- Monitoring daily project progress and ensuring delivery against timelines and budgets
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams across electrical or mechanical scopes
- Supporting successful end-to-end project execution within complex construction environments

Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch and English (minimum C1 level in both)
- Proven experience within non-residential construction environments, ideally including:
- Data centres
- Life sciences facilities
- High-tech construction and installation projects
- Strong background in either electrical or mechanical project delivery
- Experience in project coordination, planning, or project management roles
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project environments
- Experience in Oil & Gas environments is not considered relevant for this role
