A client of ours within the non-residential construction and installation sector, based in West Holland, is currently seeking an experienced freelance Project Coordinator / Senior Work Planner to support a portfolio of complex technical construction projects.
This is a key coordination role acting as the central communication hub across project teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring seamless delivery across logistics, scheduling, and administration functions.
The projects span across data centres, life sciences facilities, and other high-tech non-residential construction environments.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating project logistics, planning, and administrative activities across multiple sites
- Acting as the main communication point between internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders
- Tracking daily project progress and ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation
- Supporting overall project delivery and ensuring smooth execution across all phases
Key Details:
- Role: Project Coordinator / Senior Work Planner
- Location: West Holland (hybrid working arrangement)
- Contract Length: 12 months
- Start Date: ASAP
- Rate: DoE (To be discussed over the phone)
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch and English (minimum C1 level in both)
- Proven experience within non-residential construction environments, ideally including:
- Data centres
- Life sciences facilities
- High-tech construction and installation projects
- Strong background in project coordination, planning, or work preparation
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts in fast-paced project environments
- Oil & Gas experience is not considered relevant for this role
