Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong Progress OpenEdge expertise to join a dynamic Agile development team responsible for maintaining and enhancing critical business applications.
You will play a key role in the design, development, and optimization of enterprise applications that support core business operations. Working closely with architects, technical experts, analysts, and fellow developers, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality software solutions while driving continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·  Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise business applications.
·  Translate functional requirements into scalable and robust technical solutions.
·  Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Business Analysts, and Development Teams.
·  Deliver complex development assignments across both frontend and backend components.
·  Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Agile best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
·  Participate in solution design discussions and technical decision-making.
·  Identify opportunities to improve application performance, maintainability, and scalability.
·  Reduce technical debt and contribute to modernization initiatives.
·  Support integrations with internal and external systems through APIs and web services.
·  Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.
·  Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and release processes.

Candidate Requirements:
·  Minimum 3 years of professional experience developing applications using Progress OpenEdge.
·  Strong experience in full-stack software development.
·  Hands-on experience with:

• Progress OpenEdge ABL
• Progress Developer Studio
• Progress Application Server (PASOE)
• Object-Oriented Programming
• RESTful Services
• SOAP Services
• WCF Integrations
• SoapUI

·  Good understanding of software architecture principles and modern development methodologies.
·  Experience working within Agile and Scrum environments.
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
