For a customer in Limburg, we are searching for a freelance Process Engineer to be responsible for developing and achieving efficient production processes that are appropriately balanced between people and machines, for both existing and new products or SKUs.

Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze and implement cost savings, efficiency improvements and increased output within production processes.
- Prepare business cases for production-process improvements, taking into account scope, resources, timelines, risks and budget.
- Implement actions to improve both machine and human efficiency based on identified KPIs.
- Coach operators and line leaders on production methods and execution.
- Represent/participate on behalf of Production in the implementation of new products and/or processes.
- Coordinate production activities required to implement new products, SKUs, processes and/or process changes.
- Verify and certify SKU-specific print specifications.

Profile
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma, preferably at least Green Belt level.
- Experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Experience with relevant software packages.
- Experience in project coordination.
- Knowledge of or experience with cGMP is an advantage.
